Refund policy
At Poet Jax, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase of Jack: A Lyrical Memoir. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:
Returns
- You may return your book within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the book must be in new, unused condition. This includes no visible wear or damage.
- Returns are accepted for defective or damaged books, or if the wrong item was shipped to you.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned book and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received.
- If the book is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our criteria (i.e., damaged, used, or missing parts), we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges for Jack: A Lyrical Memoir. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@poetjax.com within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the return process.
- Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a book that is damaged or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@poetjax.com. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
